About the Journal
International Journal of Research Scholars (IJRS) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by Akasia Digital Creative. Established in 2026, IJRS provides researchers, academics, and postgraduate students with a rigorous, internationally minded venue for original scholarship at the intersection of social and political inquiry and the practice of management.
Each issue brings together empirical research, theoretical contributions, and case-based studies spanning public administration, political science, international relations, communication, and sociology, alongside human resource, marketing, financial, and strategic management. Manuscripts are accepted in English and undergo double-blind peer review by an international editorial board prior to acceptance, ensuring the scholarly integrity and academic rigor of every published article.
