Author Guide

Jurnal Akuntansi Mahasiswa (JAKMA)publish articles resulting from scientific research in the field of Accounting. Authors are expected to follow the following writing guidelines before submitting manuscripts through the OJS system.

1. General Conditions

  • The submitted manuscript must be the result of original research and has never been published in another journal.
  • The manuscript is written in good and correct English.
  • Each manuscript will go through a processdouble-blind peer review.
  • Authors are required to register and submit manuscripts through the OJS system of this journal.

2. Writing Format

  • The manuscript was written usingMicrosoft Word (.doc/.docx).
  • Article length between8–15 pages Includes tables and references.
  • Paper size: A4 (21 x 29,7 cm).
  • Margin: left 3 cm, right 3 cm, top 3 cm, bottom 3 cm.
  • Font: Cambria, size 11 pt, space 1.

3. Manuscript Structure

The structure of the community service article is recommended in the following order:

  1. Title (maximum 15 words, clear and describing the content of the research)
  2. Author Name dand afiliasi
  3. Abstract(150–250 words) contains the background, objectives, methods, and results of the activity. Accompanied by 3–5 keywords.
  4. Introduction is contains the background of the problem, objectives, and urgency of the Research activity.
  5. Implementation Method is explain the location, objectives, methods, and stages of the activity.
  6. Results and Discussion explaining the results of activities, evaluations, and benefits for the community.
  7. Conclusions and SuggestionsPresenting the final results of activities and recommendations.
  8. Acknowledgments(optional, intended for activity supporters).
  9. Bibliography Arranged using citation styleAPA Style (latest edition).

4. Publication Ethics

Authors must guarantee that the submitted manuscript is an original work, free from plagiarism, and is not in the process of being assessed in other journals. Plagiarism above 25% will Rejected automatically.

5. Manuscript Submission

Authors must register through the systemOpen Journal Systems (OJS) and upload the manuscript according to the format guidelines. The article template can be downloaded via the following link:

The process of submitting and publishing articles at JAKMA At no cost (Free of Article Processing Charge – APC).
